They have left open the option of increasing O/S doesn't mean they are going to. The fact they put out the structure means they want their shareholders to have transparency rather than be like the companies that lead investors along and then one-day drastically increase O/S without warning.

BUNM seems to be self-financing rather than giving company away to toxic partners.

Where do you come up with a conclusion that having 1-2 billion shares out is any more risky than having 100 million and no real business potential or revenue streams?
