Shouldn't be possible to take your $$ without permission, so I would call them and ask them to credit you back...but in this electronic age, money moves easily and, as they say, possession is 9/10ths of the law....so I don't know how successful you will be (especially if you did not object right away and continued to use their service) - but you can certainly try - the trying is free.
