ESPRE Solutions Clears SEC Comments on Form 10 Filing

PLANO, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 4, 2008 -- ESPRE Solutions, Inc. (Other OTC:EPRT.PK - News) a Dallas-based video media solutions and technology company with a revolutionary and patented video compression technology, announced today that it had been informed by the Securities and Exchange Commission that all comments in its filing of a Form 10 have been cleared. The Company noted that this clearance which was initiated on November 8, 2007 and has resulted in the company becoming fully reporting on January 7, 2008 has also cleared the way to making an application for a listing on the OTC: BB.
