TDAmeritrade also has a formal complaint form that you can request when you call them. They will submit it; I was told that they are looking into RCCH now and may make the change. Everyone who has them for a broker should have the complaint form filed immediately. If this does not work out soon, I am getting ready to change to another broker after I find one that I am comfortable with. If enough investors of these big three brokerages, demand justice or else, we may get something done through the press and also posting messages on the big three message boards.
