I'm not sure what the rules are as far as the length of time that the brokers have to send certificates, but Gene would like the word to spread on what our major brokerages are doing so investors know and do all they can to stop this from happening; these brokers are shorting with fake shares and it needs to end; investors should stand up and "shout", and get the newspapers and anywhere else that we can.
