I agree the very fact that Diomed filed BK was because of the patent infringements and the court costs...now that is done and they have won and with the kind of backing they now have at their finger tips it wouldn't surprise me they will settle with debtors and start looking forward to patent payments for some time to come....now they have a bright future ahead and a great multi-patented products to boot.

Who is gonna mess with a winner now?
