247MGI to Increase Liquid Assets

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 9, 2008 -- 247MGI Inc. (OTC BB:TOFS.OB - News) ("247MGI"), in an effort to increase liquid assets, has been working with several companies looking to go public. For its assistance, 247MGI shall receive equity in each company and a one-year Investor Relations Agreement.

247MGI will seek no more than 10% of each company so it is not deemed an insider or control person. This will allow 247MGI to sell its holdings without any restrictions. For its Investor Relations services, 247MGI will use its own services and contract other companies to assist, therefore giving each company maximum exposure.
247MGI will use the proceeds to help eliminate the Company's debt, expand operations, and help stabilize the Company's stock price.
