if temps are hot enough, some of these storms blow up just as they approach the gulf. and when it comes to hurricanes, the GOM is what matters most to my portfolio. this could be a busy season for DPDW now that they have mako technologies as a subsidiary. mako does rentals for the offshore oil industry and when katrina hit i hear their revenues increased substantially.
