Despite INTC's best monopolistic efforts over the years to keep AMD in its place, Rambus, Itanium, P4, etc., these have all failed and AMD has just gotten stronger and stronger with each passing year.

LOL.

At the height of AMD's success with K6 it had a market
share over 25%. At the height of AMD's success with the
Athlon it had a market share a little over 20%. Right now
AFAICT AMD has a market share in the low to mid teen
range.

Does that mean for AMD to be as "strong" as it possibly
could be its market share would have to reach zero?
