Interesting you should ask dave. When I first read that Dean Weber was skimming an estimated average of 4% of company revenues off the top of it's woefully inadequate earnings and posted that info to this board, I was called a liar by one poster. I was then told by another that it "had already been read by everyone". In the ensuing scramble to see if that "commission" news was indeed a lie, it turns out that no one, no one at ALL except the gentlemen who professes to know everything about Dean Weber from how he orders his steak and what type of Italian loafers he wears, knew anything at all about the 3% and 8% respective "commissions" being taken by the CEO since last April. One ponders why this particular tidbit of knowledge was kept from the board all this time by someone who seemingly knows every aspect of what goes on inside the company?

My posts are very balanced. Occasionally they show ONEV shareholders their own faces in the mirror. They bring information critical about how your company is being run to the attention of ALL shareholders; those who THINK they understand an SEC filing, those who claim to read the SEC filings but don't and those who simply rely on one source of "information" to furfill everything they feel they need to understand about One Voice Technologies.

Dave, you weep for your holdings in One Voice and you curse the guy who delivers the bad side of the news about that investment. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know. That ONEV’s dilution and endless excuses for delays, while tragic for their investors, has generated people like me who help to educate shareholders. And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, goes on helping to educate and save investor’s money. You want the truth, dave? You can’t handle the truth! Because deep down, in places you don’t talk about at ONEV shareholder meetings, you want me on this board. You NEED me on this board.

So the next time you read some news that may be a bit disappointing about your investment, think about all the fluff filled and associative, irrelevant posts you read here every day that are pointless, but positive. And think about the "balance" of a few of my posts against all that cheadleading bandwidth.

Good luck to you dave and to your investment dollars.
