You should be concerned that he has not promised an "Audited" Financial Statement? That says alot more then "posting" and "Unaudited" Financial Statement. All this talk about "engaging" auditors raises a red flag with me. I bought in February, so I am not going anywhere. Let me some facts.....ie (contracts, JV deal actually being consummated, retainer with an auditor). Like I said, I am not bashing this stock. I bought in at less then a penny, so there is not much to lose on my part.
