Outstanding shares seem to have increased.
If my math is right (which it seldom is)....at a market cap of 106 million and a closing price of .27...that figures out to 395 million shares O/S. Seems to be an increase of 20 million. Not a lot. No big deal. Last time I checked it was at 375 million.
