Yes, I am aware of this. Once again, I was originally responding to a post by Jim that stated the financials had been "published". I am not sure what the value is in "posting" unaudited financial statements to investors? I could be wrong, but to get "uplisted" I hope that the financials need to be audited. Let's assume that they do, how far back do they go, this company has been Incorporated more then once.

Not trying to bash the stock as I am a holder. I am just looking for answers to some (IMO) logical questions?
