this below statement from the 8K tells me that the A/S and O/S is much higher now

Based on this conversion price, the Company's authorized Common Stock shares may be insufficient to meet the conversion requirements of the $100,000 Notes, excluding interest. The Company is working toward a solution of this problem. "
