500 and long, That is an excuse for justifying R/S nothing more, the authorized can be increased or decreased in a heart beat only takes a BOD action and request to the SOS of incorporation.

Let us not forget, that a 1 for 200 R/S is a 200 for 1 F/S to the shorts. They would only need to cover 1 share out of every 200 shorted.
