That is possible... I hope it is soon...

This thing is on a razors edge... at .001, the company, if it continues to pay expenses with ultra cheap shares, is going to go under, and soon... IMHO.

On the other hand, if there ARE good sales numbers, we have a chance. Not sure why SH is being so quiet. He had a few positive PR's awhile ago, which would lead one to believe that he was on track as far as sales go... but seems to be a little too quiet now. Is there a benefit to him with this PPS at .001? I wouldn't think so! He is paying normal expenses with .001 shares, so he is diluting the heck out of this every month. If the lender has to take this over, and I can't imagine, with all of the shares the lender is getting that they are not close to control, they might just fold their tent and sell the WebDA technology to the highest bidder after the fold up to recoup their losses.

And an "acquisition"?? With what? Cash? No, there is none. Shares? Come on! So I am doubtful that this is a real possibility. Who would be willing to be "purchased' by a company in this financial condition?? And as time goes on, the technology of the WebDA will be cloned by some other company, if it is worth doing... or someone could buy control of THIS company, if less expensive than the development costs, at .001-.003/share... pretty dang cheap, even with the big OS number.

This is now nothing more than a wild gamble, so let the dice roll.

GLTA!
