Hi Think,

Feel free to post this..

Good Morning,

It appears that the seller is done and we can now move on to what we can expect from RVGD with respect to ROI and the share price in the coming weeks.

First lets revisit the latest press release of March 14th on its previously announced $80M production.

We also know that this is over a period of 4 years..So with that timeline, we can assume that a yearly figure is in the neighborhood of approximately $15 - $20 million per year of generated revenue.

The PR states
" The company in its first phase agreements anticipates constructing up to 1,000 high performance vehicles in the first four years. Revenge Designs, Inc. will assemble the vehicles and sell them under a joint venture agreement. The company is currently pre-arranging sales leads with over 100 General Motors dealerships across the United States. The base price will start at approximately $80,000 per vehicle and there will be an optional Spec R model in excess of 600 HP starting at $110,000. "

So for this analysis, lets break down the 1,000 into four segments of 250 per year at a average base price of $80K per vehicle = $20,000,000 per year.

Our current share structure with respect to O/S is 1,040,564,603 with the current share price at .0022 = a Market Cap of $2,289,242 ..

You can see that we are WAY UNDERVALUED.

Based just on the potential revenue for the first year and the O/S we should be able to in the coming weeks command a share price of .01..

To be realistic on this, a share price of .005 is a real and in my opinion a probable reality within a couple of weeks of where we are trading today.

Much of this is dependant on news from the company and of course the O/S can't change or a dilutive factor to bring us back into the abyss.

Have a good day
