News - Magnum to Acquire Equity Stake in Spreelast AG Cryogenic Crumb Rubber Operating Plant in Germany

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Magnum D’Or Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:MDOR) (Magnum) announces that the company has begun the necessary steps to own a substantial equity stake in the Spreelast AG operating facility in Vetchau, Germany. We can now focus on bringing the Spreelast proprietary knowhow, which provides Magnum with an array of technologies that could potentially revolutionize the rubber recycling industry worldwide, to our markets and create a revenue stream for the Company.”

With the addition of this facility we will now be able to produce and provide fine rubber powders to clients worldwide. This will also give us the ability to both import and export ultra fine powders (99.9% pure) for distribution to other suppliers and the corresponding plastic components created from the elastomeric alloys we manufacture.
