**Pre-Update:**

Hello all board members. This note is to let everyone know that I will be sending out an e-mail communication to everyone who is on the distribution list (add yourself to the list via the link on iBox) with my thoughts and recommendation(s) based on the recent events tomorrow. I have been in regular communication with Steve and Ted, and have strongly recommended to them the pursuit of a TRO for over two weeks. I’m glad that has finally been put in place. So you can be put at ease about what the contents of the broadcast e-mail will contain: it will be positive, and to the best of my ability and knowledge to the advantage of all investors. I take broadcast e-mails very seriously because of the influence they can have over a number of investors.

The reduction of regular posts is partially because there has not been all that much to say, and partially because, as the moderator, I have to be more careful about what I say (self-imposed caution). There is an increased responsibility as a moderator, because many posters will react and “take to the bank” what is said by a moderator over other people who post here. My goal is to do what I can to benefit and protect our investment. I do not report everything I do here because it will not always be to the benefit of our investment (to post). I have invested many hours and dollars outside of my stock investment in an effort to protect our investment. I would do this to some degree even if I was not the moderator, but I do more because I feel there is an additional responsibility that is connected to being a mod on a board, especially when things are a bit in turmoil.

If there are others you would recommend as an assistant to this board, feel free to post the recommendation here (I read every single post), PM me, or e-mail me at [e-mail]. If you are interested in assisting on this board, please let me know. When someone is recommended, I go back and read every post they have made and to the best of my ability make a judgment on whether they would be a good fit. I would also happily discuss and hold in high regard the opinion of any current assistant moderator.

I am optimistic about the current efforts which are moving through the court system.
