OH! And least I forget... OF COURSE THERE HAD...

TO BE AN OFFICIAL PROXY MAILED! Oye... sometimes that googling just does'nt provide all the answers does it?

Now if there is'nt a window opened before the R/S...IF there is one... the brokers/MM are gonna bleed after the R/S!
Can I see a show of hands on who's gonna hold a while now!
