5 year contract with Iroquis Water

"For now our corporation has a contract which gives it access for all the production from Iroquois Water inc. for the next five years – their capacity is 7 million cases of 24 bottles of 500mL of Canadian Premium Spring Water a year."


Facts:
1. They have ALL the Iroquois production for the next 5 years.
2. They have a Chinese Distributor
3. They have a venue for sales in Lianhua.

Why would all of this groundwork be laid if there were no contracts to fulfill?
