The stock is trading as per text book, it takes a breather and than moves up.

Just wait till volume hits JCDS. If a PR is given with substantial info than it should move faster.

It is not easy to get in at these levels either. As soon as you try to buy they give you a few shares and move the ask higher. Shares in JCDS are rare. IMO
