One other thing that I want to mention is about the strings.Since todays rackets cause the strings to break more frequently they now have many strings that last longer. Many of the pros use Luxilon for example.Plus some strings use kevlar or polyesters. These are the worst strings for your arm.I use the Gamma Synthetic Gut 15L (1.38mm) but I could use the 16 gauge(1.30mm) but I break it too quickly. So if you are having arm problems make sure you use a flexable string. Also,I string my racket about 8 lbs looser than when I was playing competition and thats alot considering I also went to a larger racket. If you havent already lowered your string tension then I would reccomend about 4 lbs less but you can experiment. Also you can buy reels of string from ATS Sports faily cheaply.1-800-866-7071 You can also ask for a catalog.I pay $75 for a reel of gamma syn gut (200m) which strings about 17 rackets. You can take the reel to your pro and he will just charge you for the service. I hope this helps. Dale
