frenchee, I am glad it helped.I know it makes a big difference for me too.I put mine above the bottom string.Another thing I do is put some lead tape on the top of my frame (on the inside on both sides).If you are using 1 of the oversize rackets then it is probably too light.The lead tape adds alot more power and stability.That way you dont have to swing as fast.This also makes a big difference for the arm.I put a strip of about 6" on each side at the very top.Some people like to put in on the sides and this is also a way to enlarge the sweetspot.But on the oversize rackets the sweetspot is already big.If you arent using an oversize racket then I would definitely give that a try.Almost all teaching pros use the oversize because its alot easier on the arm.And alot of the playing pros (especially girls) use it for the extra power and bigger sweetspot.
