Page 29 of the 10k filed on 3-25-08 mentioned this 700,000 shares so this is old news - even with that news the stock has drifted upward or remained the same since then.

CBPC is starting to look like just about every other OTCBB stock with that new "authorized share" count. Hopefully CBPC will get different financing or a new partner so they will not have to use those 700k shares.

Don't panic and sell your shares unless you want to give me another great buying opportunity. LOL and IMO.
