Lets see you said you call him twice. At a time when he told you he was with his family on the first call. I hope that he is working hard during his working hours. I would expect he needs his down time. If spending time with his family is what he wanted without a share holder calling, trying to get insider information then so be it. Do you not understand that all share holder have the right to have information at the same time. Not you first.
