if rev's have started in Dec. 2007, is it legal to not show the rev's?

man, I would be pizzed off if I sold my shares in March based on zero rev's in the Feb. filing and then come to find out they actually made cash.

All my shares are restricted and it still gets me a little pizzed.

I guess i will check back in after the May filing.
