OK, I use firefox, cache is cleared every time I close the program. went to opetion and manually cleared, closed program cleared again opened I.E. and went in and clear it's cache. closed and reopended I.E. logged in here to the links to staffing and the other, then since I do not have links for assoc or the other I did a google seach to get the site link for them. so using IE works and firefox is fine too.
