Okay guys, as you all can see I rarely ever post on I-Hub. Yes I am a paying member, but in most cases you can learn more by listening than by speaking. That has not been the case on this board for months now. The discussions here
equates to more of an arguement than a fact based discussion. Yes I hold a position in RVGD stock, and yes I as well as most other people are down right now. I have read almost every post on this board each day for months now. I try to remain neutral in my line of thinking about the past, and the future of this company. I will give you my thoughts on RVGD for what it's worth. I believe Peter made some poor decisions early on with financing his busisness. The fact of the matter is, companies go public for one reason: To raise capital. The way they go about it is what seperates the investor savy CEO's from the avgerage Joe. Does that mean they don't know how to run a profitable company, absolutly not. It means they should have sought out other avenues for busisness start up capital. Now that the damage is done, you must try to right the ship and move forward. As far as the company selling hundreds of millions of shares to correct this problem is not necessarly the case. The company needs money so they seek large investors that will immediatly swap cash for stock. Once that has taken place the company has what they need to move forward, and the large investor has hundreds of millions of shares. In an ideal situtation the investor could hold the stock, wait for it to increase in value and sell it for a huge profit. The company has no control over what the investor does with the stock unless they were to put restrictions of some type in the deal. Appearently that wasn't done which was a huge mistake by revenge. Now the rest of the damage is done, stock price tanks, shareholders lose trust, company tries to release positive information, and the traders sell into the news. All of this adds up to a bad feelings for everyone but the traders who will once again start bashing, buy in cheap, and wait for more news. To sum it all up for the longs, the financing is in place, money is not an issue any more, if pending contracts become a reality the money will begin to flow in the company, and the PPS will reflect that in the coming months. I feel that if you are truly long here, the day to day ups and downs shouldn't bother you. you will receive your rewards down the road. Good luck to all.
