I replied to TBG ONLY, who was "suspicious"

BTW: I make no "snide remarks", try reading my post replies made to Someone Else with that bit of reading comprehension, before you so clearly accuse me of making "snide remarks" (my reply to TBG was Not to you, nor did I direct his "makes me suspicious" with his... "worst case it could be like a Ponzi scheme." crapolla, in my reply post at you, or towards you). And... if I ever choose to insult someone, it will be a private reply to them, and they will clearly know that they were insulted...FWIW: If I ever have something insulting to say to someone, it will not be as a snide remark...

My 2nd BTW:
My convertible note provided me $2 shares & w/stock warrants.
For if/when I choose to buy such (warrant) shares LATER at $2.40

I have up to FIVE YEARS from the offering closure date, to do so...

AGAIN - A warrant is the right to purchase at an exercisable price ($2.40) at a later time. - up to the fifth anniversary of the closing date. The warrant is MY 'right to purchase' (it's not a $2.40 share I, or you, have now. Nor are they free, for me, or FOR ANYONE ELSE - I and/or you will need to pay $2.40 to acquire...). Nor do I Have to sell any such $2.40 'warrant right' shares I may purchase... at $4.80 ANYTIME LATER...

RE: Your Warrants... - Call Nancy Nino Monday to explain warrants to you.
