Only one thing has me confused about Componus

Componus I believe owns the Detroit International Auto Salon building, and it apparently generates decent revenue from its sales figures and projections, but do they actually own any of those factories in Taiwan, China and Korea, or are they all partners where they join with Componus, and Componus, for their services, receive a certain percentage for the sales they bring to said factories?

At first I thought the factories were simply partners, as the graphic in the ibox that states 50 "Alliance factories" suggests, then I thought Componus might actually own some of them, now I am unsure again. Is Componus a middle man with the connections, working for those factories in Asia, or are do they also own some of those factories?

I am somewhat unsure.
