I sent a letter by fax a week or so ago and also had no response.

Without positive news connected, RS's are usually not good for share price. If the RS is part of a deal where there is an acquisition in view, it may not be a problem. It was interesting to see that the RS was only 15:1 - that seems to reflect a more conservative approach than usual; perhaps a deliberate plan is in the works. We need clarification from the company.
