A stock like this offers many opportunities
to buy low. What happens is investors get money and can't wait, so they purchase immediately instead of waiting, thinking, DDing, and knowing how trading in these companies works. Keeping powder dry for these moments when averaging down is so important it's one of the rules of trading manipulated stocks with great potential like I think this one is. It takes a lot of discipline and confidence and a lot of luck, too. I've had just as many companies turn into parking lots and it's no fun at all to see nothing but red in the portfolio. Seeing a lot of red here at the moment but believe this is a stock to buy on dips. I would class this as a dip. This is just my opinion and it's worked for me so don't take anything I say here as some gospel or that I have some information you're not privy to. I probably know less than you do.
