I'm no guru,but,I think it means people are comfortable with their investments until something resparks their interest.I would've grabbed more today on the dip ,but I'm tapped.It may dip some more before they release something else in a PR.If you have the ability to buy on dips.Good play.We had good support at 3.If that helps.SIVC is a good mid-longterm investment.Just my humble opinion. Be cool
