I think you're right in that the IHUB culture flow, or lack thereof, tends to dictate the direction of the PPS over meat and potatoes PR's. Feeling safer in numbers has hidden dangers, those who could act on their own independently would mitigate the acts of tailcoat riding flippers and actually send us to higher levels.
