Question regarding Pearson Distributing. I placed an order thru them for stain remover and Clean1, received an acknowledgement that I ordered it, etc., but never received anything or have been charged for the order. Then, I go to the website www.pearsondistributing.com and it can't find it. Anyone else having a similar problem? tia
