The debtors may go forward with their reorginazation plan submission in April, but I expect there will be objections filed because of the unresolved discovery into the pention plan settlements.

If I were the debtor, I would not submit my reorg plan until all objections have been cleared through the court. Thus the debtor may petition the court for another delay. However, another delay will surely drive up more legal fees.

I think there was a hearing on 30 or 31 March but I have not seen the transcript yet.

Please understand this is just my thoughts and I have no insider knowledge. I would sure like to see another share value run up in the next two weeks or before the debtors' plan is submitted.
