Spahr commented, "I am extremely happy to officially announce that our Joint Venture partner VStarr has scheduled our first on line Music Festival for April 10th 2008. After many months of planning, final details have come together to kick off the Music festival to Open the VStarr Event Center. VStarr is the brain child for the whole talent contest project and is moving forward at a rapid pace to get this festival lined up. With the association with LMC, VStarr has been able to secure 'The Dynamites' as the talent to anchor the event. We are also working closely with our CNN contact on the Second Life site to promote and disclose as much information concerning the concert and contest as possible. I know information comes in bits and pieces, however we have made the decision to release things as they happen because if we waited until a project of this magnitude was complete I think shareholders would become frustrated. I assure everyone, much is taking place beneath the surface."

Spahr further commented, "The Leadership in Music Council has extended its assistance as we move forward. Having the Leadership in Music Council on board opens ADCS/VStarr to the expertise and counsel from executives with Warner Brothers, Ticketmaster, BMI Records, XM Radio, Thirty Tigers Public Relations, Echo Music, The Tennessean and the Country Music Association. The members of the Leadership in Music Council will be assisting in areas of production, public relations, and promotion of all of our activities on the Second Life site."
