Slight of hand by BB....
Questions for board, the latest mining update as I read it is that the company has the go ahead to install mining equipment and commence operations. Could someone fill me in on the mine specifics namely is it tailings reclamation only or hardrock or a combination? and two, anyone have the old valuation reports? It appears to me we are now also in the gold mining biz whether we like it or not?
Two: Read over the January 9 pr on new transfer agent handling stock transfer to Perihelion Canada. The way the January pr reads is a portion of stock from USA operations is transferred to the newly formed Canadian entity? If so, perhaps would the recent increase in AS have something to do with the January 9 pr?
If indeed the USA phgi has to transfer a portion of stock to the new Canadian entity, there is a good chance that is what the increase is for? Perhaps we have new Canadian deal going down soon with 2.5 B transferred from parent company?
Lastly, this new fella that used to work for SEC. did BB really need him just to perform death spiral financing? That would be a very poor use of his knowledge and experience. Might be something else going on here?
Things that make ya go hmmmmmmm?? Seems to me the company is going forward and now is a not a good time to chop investors legs off at the knees which by all accounts is happening right now. Hoping there is something else up his sleeve other than just F****** us over.
How did I first get into PHGI? Well, I didnt have a choice, as I was reversed into phgi at 10,000 to one. Vision works or sumthing like that. Geez. BB sure fooled me by share reduction efforts and a good yarn - gaining my trust. By all accounts it appear Im about to get reversed outta phgi.
