we need more facts...

we need some color on actual organizational structure, cash/debt position, and global direction going forward....

we need to hear from Lott how pluginz, gps, dmb, pmp, and white label hardware sales fits together....

we need a clear view of who we are and where we are going in order to sell long term inst. guys to come in and hold vs scalping it to death....
