Looks like we saw a deadcat yesterday afternoon! TCLT has failed in their grandiose scheme to enhance shareholder value through whatever it is they are trying to do.

Yes I'm unhappy, disappointed, pissed, etc.

I presume they are still selling shares thereby increasing the OS (which was 345M in February and who knows what it is now) and diluting the PPS.
