just occured to me that I used Cad $ for the MC and US $ for the silver value.

Let's try again for ORM.

Shares fully diluted * Current price = Current MC.
24,172,928 * 1.35 = 32,633,452


New resource value * Silver price * Nominal value in the ground resource = Approximate Market Value
46,000,000 * 10.60 * 20% = 97,520,000

Sightly better.
