Samai sent this too me? It was an email he received from a shareholder. I'm not exactly clear on what it does but what are your opinions?

Go ask the PAIM (now XNXT) people about how to do it. They've done it twice, already. The difference is that PAIM diluted without letting the LONGs play the game.
In BKMP you can retire 29 out of every 30 shares, and pay with ONE TRADEABLE WARRANT exerciseable at $0.01.

The O/S will be reduced from 30 Billion shares, to only 1 Billion shares and 1 Billion tradeable warrants.

The Price Per Share will go up like a rocket, with good TFN news and OTC uplisting news, and BKMP will receive $10,000,000 CA$H from the warrants.

No Long will be against this Mandatory Buyback, because every LONG SHAREHOLDER will own the same piece of the pie after the Buyback, PLUS they will own 1 warrant that they will be able to exercise or sell.

A Reverse Split would kill all the LONG SHAREHOLDERS, because we all know how these Reverse Splits work, and market punishes ALL Reverse Splits with a -90 to -99% drop. A Reverse Split will not work. Only a Mandatory BuyBack is what will make of BKMP the stock of the year. You can't let pass this great opportunity: BKMP is probably the most popular PINKSheet Stock out there, right now.

Come on, call the PAIM people or their Transfer Agent or Investors Relations Service; ... and ask them how to do it.

Contact Information to get in touch with them, ... read below:

In my opinion, increasing the number of outstanding shares (O/S) at this price per share, is a bad decision. Best thing to do is a buyback of 90% of the O/S, or 29 out of every outstanding 30 shares. And this valuation will be $0.024.

BKMP needs funds to diversify and grow, while TFN keeps building, growing and going forward.

TFN is a Long Term investment.

BKMP needs $$$ NOW.

You can do the BuyBack like PAIM did, but in BKMP you pay the boughtback shares with TRADEABLE $0.01 Class A Warrants.
Ask the PAIM people how to do it correctly; I think they are also Canadian (will be easy for you to contact them).

I'm telling you this is the best way to get $10 million in the very short term. I will be exercising those warrants ASAP, and so will many other Long Term shareholders. With a 1 Billion O/S, we realize that doubling possition will be a great investment. $0.01 will be a bottomline after the buyback. And we already have the $0.024 valuation (0.0008x30) to support the $0.01 warrants exercisable price.

Buyback 29 out of every 30 shares, and pay with 1 TRADEABLE Class A Warrant exercisable at $0.01..

After 4 weeks of the Buyback date, you announce a Dividend consisting on 1 new Tradeable class B warrant exercisable at $0.05 for every share held at a date 6 weeks after the Buyback ended.

The Price Per Share will FOR SURE go above $0.01 after the buyback. And BKMP will get $10,000,000.

If the Price, then goes above $0.05, you get another $50 Million.

If not, then wait to see if price falls below $0.01 and you buyback shares at the open market. Then you uplist BKMP to OTC.BB with audited financials, and you will see how it goes to $0.05 and you get the extra $50,000,000 through the $0.05 Warrants.

At the end, you will have 3 Billion O/S and $60 Million CA$H to invest in many new ventures, and also you can buy back.

If the price falls below the warrants, then you silently buyback common shares at market. This will increase shareholder value and valuations of BKMP, and the price will go in an upward spiral. You buyback low and sell high, over and over. Not sell at low !

There are 2 ways you can fund a company: In an upward spiral, or a downward spiral.
If you dilute at a low price, then you get huge dilution and a downward spiral, decreasing value.
If you dilute at higher prices, and buyback at lower prices, then you get a perfect upwards spiral.

Good Luck.

Subject: BKMP: Dilution of another 10 BILLION Through a FORM 504 ?????

There is a lot of chatter around the boards, saying you are going to dilute another 10 billion shares through a FORM 504.

You can keep diluting the stock, or dump it like a crap, ... we're in your hands and can't avoid whatever you have planned for us.

But if you want to help the LONGS that trusted you and have supported BKMP and TFN during these past over 2 years, then don't kill the stock through this massive dilution.
Talk to the PAIM people, and they'll tell you how to do a Mandatory Buyback retiring 29 billion shares out of the FLOAT while giving to the LONGS, 1 Billion warrants at $0.01 to let us DOUBLE POSITION and giving the company $10 Million in funding.

You have 2 options, here, in my opinion:

A) Dilute 10 billion to fund $1 million and kill this stock forever, like most POS SCAM stocks around the pinksheets.

B) Do a Buyback of 29 of the 30 Billion outstanding shares, in exchange of 1 billion tradeable warrants (exercisable at $0.01); and get $10 MILLION, instead of only $1M. And then take this stock to the OTC.BB with $10 Million CASH and trading in the pennies !!!

With $10 Millions Funding, you can do a lot of things, appart from uplisting to the OTC.BB. Imagine buying more shares of TFNG, recovering up to our 20% stake. And/or investing in a diversified portfolio of companies that give dividends every year.

You can kill BKMP or you can make it grow big. It's in your hands.

I'm not an expert, and don't know how the 97% Mandatory Buyback has to be done, but the PAIM people did a 95% Mandatory Buyback through the DTCC, and they or their Transfer Agent could tell you how it is done. (The PAIM people didn't give warrants to the LONGS, but diluted very badly. Dilution must come from the LONGS, letting them make a profit and creating shareholder value by diluting upwards and not downwards.)

Please, don't throw our investment to the trash can like a crap. Let us keep supporting the company while letting us make some money through those warrants.

Most of us are trapped way above 0.0002 and we just can't keep watching this stock without a bid for days, weeks and months, with the only hope of not beeing Reverse Splited or diluted to death one day.

Yours truly,

Subject: Re: Consideration of a Mandatory BuyBack in BKMP, similar to the one that was done in PAIM:

PAIM is now ZNXT, after a NAME and CUSIP change.

They bought 90% or 95% of the shares, keeping every shareholder 5% of the original shares.
The O/S was reduced in 90 or 95%.

After a lot of thinking and sharing with some other BKMP shareholders, we believe that if you buyback 29 out of every 30 shares, leaving an O/S= 1 billion shares, and paying with 1 warrant exercisable at $0.01 for the 29 out of 30 shares bought out, ... the price per share should pop above 0.0030 instantly, and given the smaller O/S we would get a huge number of new investors, and the price would go above 0.01 very soon, which would equal to the old 0.0003's and 0.0004's.

The LONGS would own as much warrants as shares, and above $0.01 will exercise their warrants, and BKMP will receive up to $10 Million from the warrants.. People without money to exercise all their warrants, they can sell some or all at market, and whoever wants BKMP shares could buy and exercise those warrants.

The old $0.0005's would be the new $0.0150 and all the warrants will be exercised. BKMP will own 15% of TFNG and will have $10 Million to invest in other assets and/or to recover up to its former 20% TFN interest.

To really understand how good this strategy is, you only have to think about TFNG not succeeding in the long term,...

... BKMP would be valued at least 1 Billion x $0.01 = $10 Million; divided by 2 Billion shares = $5 Million , or 0.0050 per share, which is above $0.0030 that equals to today's 0.0001 (and we even have NO BID).

If you want to reward the Longs, you need to do something like this. We all win in the mid-long term; BKMP gets $10 Million funding; and the O/S comes to 2 Billion, which is low enough to go to the OTC.BB and trade in the pennies.

After doing the 29/30 Buyback, you could announce a dividend consisting on Series B Warrants, exercisable at $0.05, and that would force an uptrend above $0.01 and we get everybody to exercise their Series A Warrants at $0.01.
You should use some good news from TFNG, uplisting to the OTC.BB, etc, together with the dividend (Series B Warrants at $0.05), to guarantee that the price per share goes quickly above $0.01 and BKMP receives the $10 Million funding from the Series A Warrants at $0.01.

The Warrants must be tradeable, to guarantee that ALL the $10 million are exercised.

I suggest you get in touch with the PAIM people, because there are some considerations and things to do, to conduct the Mandatory Buyback through the DTCC, who has to freeze the shares to be retired and bought back in exchange of the warrants. I don't know how they did it; and for sure there is a good way to conduct it, that the PAIM people and their Transfer Agent know very well.

Also, check if you need to have us to vote to do the mandatory buyback.

But please, don't use the Buyback to dilute like they did in PAIM. You can get funds from the LONGS while rewarding them, through the warrants. The PAIM people seem to diluted very badly, and used the BuyBack like if it were an R/S.

Buyback 29 out of every 30 shares, in exchange of 1 warrant. People having 30 million shares right now, will keep 1 million shares and will receive 1 warrant exercisable at $0.01.
The O/S will be reduced from 30 billion to 1 billion shares and 1 billion warrants, and BKMP will get $10 Million funding from the Warrants.

And all the LONGS are rewarded and happy.

Good Luck.

it worked out very well, and after the 90% buyback, retiring 90% of the shares, the price went well above x10 times the previous level.
The problem came later, due to an intense dilution that killed the price. And that dilution was not used to create shareholder value. Also, they didn't dilute through warrants, like I suggest you. Giving warrants to long term shareholders, will bring CASH for the company, and will let the Longs take some profits from the warrants.

I think it would work great in BKMP to buyback 90% of the shares in exchange of some tradeable warrants exercisable at $0.01. You announce nice new assets to invest in, and uplisting to the OTC, and people will inmediatelly realize that 0.01 will soon be a bottom, and they will buy BKMP shares based on that and based on the TFNG % ownership.

Right now, we have 30 billion Outstanding Shares, and we don't even have a Bid.

When we used to have 12 Billion Outstanding Shares, the Bid traded above 0.0010.

The problem is the huge number of shares, and a 90% Mandatory Buyback would let BKMP with 3 Billion shares, which is 4 times less shares than when BKMP traded above 0.0010 while it had a lot of Debt and the Convertible Debentures and TFN was only in Canada.

I really think BKMP goes well above $0.01 after the 90% Buyback, and as soon as it passes $0.01, the warrants will bring $10,000,000 to BKMP and the Longs will get profits by buying at $0.01 and selling higher.

All you need is the good momentum of TFNG beeing global, in UK, in the US, and other countries, and also talking about uplisting BKMP to the OTC and investing the money from the warrants in other interesting assets.

There will be a spiral of the price per share climbing fast. And after the $0.01 warrants are subscribed, you can give new warrants at a higher price, to get even more CASH and invest in more assets.
BKMPW warrants should be tradeable, so that all of them get exercised.

I don't know if you know what kind of attention BKMP has right now ?... it is probably the most watched Pink stock of all, by penny investors around the world. It can turn into NOTHING, or into something HUGE, depending on the decisions made at this point.

Notice that if you do a 90% Mandatory Buyback:
today's $0.0001 price per share should inmediatelly pop up to 0.0010. And from there, climb up to reasonable levels. The old 0.0014 will be equivalent to 0.014 after the 90% Mandatory Buyback. I really think that should be a price to reach really fast. Take notice that when the warrants get exercised at $0.01, that will give a lot of confidence to other potential investors, because of the new Assets that will be bought, and if you uplist BKMP to the OTC.BB, even more !!!

The thing you need to do, after the warrants get exercised, is to invest well the CASH, and more investors will come if you announce a further dividend of warrants at $0.05 in example.

Good luck.
