This is true corporate governance.

The company stated in the last press release that they are intending on adding Independent Officers to their state of the art corporate governance regime. That is why Martell, and Settles, resigned as well. Martells new title cites the work he has been doing with Sidransky for years.

The facts say that the two major holders of this stock are Hidalgo and Sidransky.

If anyone has had a careful look at the new website, you will see 4 different revenue streams this company is capable of generating from. In my opinion, Sidranskys' platform could change the way physicians treat cancer patients. I will let you do your own due diligence on those.

As for Hidalgo, one of those revenue streams is why he owns a majority in this company and why he is the CSO.
