PPS after important positive news ....

Do any of the seasoned investors here have an explanation as to why there wasn't more movement on this stock today either in price or volume? We just regained today the fraction of a cent that we lost yesterday. Other stocks in this category (OTC BB) have been seen to react almost immediately to news that had much less material significance than this announcement.

Can it be that there just aren't enough investors with IMGG on their watch list and must be notified by their brokers before they hear? I guess the next few days will help clarify but I'd be interested in other opinions.
