Stocks go down on good news all the time. It's the old buy on rumor sell on news.

I've made plenty of money watching people sell on the news and buying when then they do. within a few days the PPS of the companies not only recovers to the previous price levels but goes up.

It happens all the time not just in pennyland but at the higher exchanges as well.

DeSilva stepping down and some selling due to that gave the MM's the opportunity to take the PPS down, as people saw the PPS dropping and read the first PR, they sold many never bothering to read the second PR.

Stock bounced back EOD and once people read the second PR and let it sink in, they will be buying back in.

IMO, we will see more PR's this week. I also think not putting out a PR on contracts today was smart because of the CEO stepping down. Now they can PR contracts and any negative perception regarding the CEO stepping down will have been absorbed prior to those details.
