You are right no two stocks are the same. The fundamentals have not changed as far as I can see. Actually we may get another PR in the coming days stating the deal is finalized. IMO, the very short termers do not like what they see and are getting out, causing the PPS to fall further. The stock will stabilize and move up once more. The smart money knows what to do here.
