bocx , s.e.c. is checking out their claims to the pr's etc.
especailly the two runup on the pps. it looks like they could open
unchange if no wrongdoings are found.
so keeping the radar on bocx is a good idea for now.
there are problems if the s.e.c. extends the deadline date.
