this seems to workout for next wave , nxlcq.
cingular is buying awe and cingular buys 34 licenses
from nxlcq for $1.4 bil. in cash. in this agreement
nxlcq is paying the fcc money owed to them [$714mil.].
i have watched nxlcq since it was about $1.50
and it trades for , last @ $4.83.
this gives them from what i read over $700mil.players
money to nxclq. it looks like nxclq will be losing
the q soon.
this could spark a pps next week for nxclq. not sure
on the o/s for them.
cingular is private owned by bls and sbc.
