JOHNSTOWN, PA, Apr 02, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- EP Global
Communications Inc. (OTCBB: EPGL), the parent company of Exceptional Parent (EP)
magazine, is pleased to announce th! at it successfully filed its Annual Form 10
KSB Report with the Security and Exchange Commission on March 31, 2008. The full
report describes the financial condition of the company as well as many of the
EPGL's new initiatives in 2007. The full report can be accessed by visiting
www.eparent.com/main_channels_investor_relations/index.asp and clicking on the
PDF at the conclusion of the article. EPGL is proud of its accomplishments in
2007, and several are worthy of special mention.

1) The company revenues increased by 27.6 % over 2006.

2) Our company successfully completed its first year under contract with

the U.S. Army and is in the midst of the second year of the agreement.

This Exceptional Family Transitional Training program (EFTT) has

enabled EPGL to increase its readership and circulation by reaching out
!
to our men and women in uniform who are ca ring for loved ones with

disabilities and special needs, including those returning from combat

operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition, EPGL has been able to

provide online, interactive education via the strategic relationship

with Vemics and the LiveAccess System as well as increase distribution

of books from the EP Bookstore. Most importantly, these efforts have

contributed positively to the Mission of the EFTT, which was to improve

morale and unit readiness.

3) EPGL has increased the number of disability-specific book titles in its

EP Bookstore inventory to over 2,500 titles and are marketing these

aggressively with targeted email blasts and circulation promotions. All
!
databases are now linked to all promotions implemented by the company.

We have also developed a beautiful storefront display that portrays the

company's commitment to the disability community on Main Street in

Johnstown, Pennsylvania, our headquarters location.

4) In 2007, EPGL broadened the Disability Awareness Night (DAN) Program

with a NASCAR event at the New Hampshire International Speedway. This

event also featured a continuation of the annual recognition of U.S.

men and women in uniform who have been disabled as a result of combat

operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Nine soldiers were flown to New

Hampshire by our national program lead sponsor, MassMutual, and were

&! nbsp; honored on the platform just prior to the start of th e race.

5) Over the past two years, 24 accredited EPLiveOnline, live, interactive

seminars have been developed and delivered, covering a wide array of

special needs topics. Six of these were directed to the U.S. Military.

Plans are underway to exceed this number in the remainder of 2008.

6) A major redesign of the EPGL Web site, www.eparent.com, was

successfully launched in 2007.

7) The company continues to strengthen its relationship with Vemics,

Inc. and intends to expand many of those joint efforts in the months

ahead. As an example, the State of Pennsylvania renewed its commitment

to the Vemics Live Access System, as has MassMutual. These are

noteworthy projects i! n which EPGL has a significant interest.

8) In 2007, EPGL continued to offer stellar editorial content in its

monthly print journal, Exceptional Parent, with several significant,

multi-installment series like the Teens and Seizures series, the

Medical Home series, and the Feeding and Swallowing series. These are

just a few examples of the timely and indispensable information offered

to families and professionals caring for those with disabilities and

special healthcare needs.

9) EPGL made efforts toward improved circulation by hiring a circulation

manager and terminating an agreement with an existing outside vendor.

We at EPGL realize that we live in challenging times, but these are also
interesting times wi! th great advances being made in science and technology that
offer h ope and prospects for people with disabilities and special needs in
living fuller, healthier, more productive and satisfying lives. We look forward
to playing a role in this arena as we continue to offer "information that
matters, from people care."
